Optimist Youth Appreciation Signup

Please register your school’s two students and who will be representing the school.

Luncheon is March 3 from Noon to 1:30. Check-in runs from 11:30 to Noon. We will be at the Holiday Inn Des Moines, 1050 Sixth Ave. NOTE: THIS IS THE SAME LOCATION AS THE PAST TWO YEARS.

The parking lot connected to the entry of the hotel is under construction. Please park in the lot north of the hotel or at a street parking meter (City rates apply).

Your attendance and the students’ attendance constitutes acceptance of your photos and/or videos to be used for marketing and website for Optimist clubs hosting.
